Папка / build, используемая PEAR

1st things 1st вы могли бы попробовать следующее:

sudo apt-get удалить имя_пакета

Если это не работает, потому что вы сказали, что пакет не был полностью установлен, команда sudo purge, в которой pjtatlow должен исправить эту проблему.
