Вы используете Ubuntu Yakkety Yak (16.10), который не поддерживается, и EOL (End of Life).
Вам нужно перейти на новую версию Ubuntu. Поскольку Ubuntu 16.10 будет обновляться до 17.04, что также является EOL, вам необходимо обновить до 17.10.
Вы можете сделать это, выполнив sudo do-release-upgrade.
