Затем сделайте скрипт исполняемым, щелкнув правой кнопкой мыши по вашему файлу и перейдя к Properties --> Permissions и проверив Allow executing file as program.

Сценарий должен теперь появиться как новый пункт меню в контекстном меню nautilus. Просто щелкните правой кнопкой мыши по ссылке и выберите Scripts --> whatever-you-named-your-script.
