Ubuntu будет загружать и устанавливать самое последнее ядро
У меня есть компьютер Ubuntu, который отключается в течение нескольких месяцев. Когда я включаю его и позволяю ему обновляться, он загружает только ядро latests и пропускает те, что находятся между ними.
Возможно, вы захотите запустить
sudo apt autoremove
После каждого обновления ядер, чтобы /boot имел только два последних установленных ядра. Таким образом, если последнее неправильное поведение ядра, вы можете вернуться к ранее работающему ядру и в то же время сохранить /boot от забивания старыми ядрами.

Пожалуйста, замените файл sources.list на это. Я раскоментировал все рекомендуемые репозитории (main / limited / universe / multiverse из xenial, xenial-updates и xenial-security, без backports, без партнера и без источников) и удалил несколько ненужных строк:
