Не удалось установить пакет flask-mysqldb

Я пытался установить тот же модуль в Windows, но тоже получал похожую ошибку ... не уверен, что проблема в том, что ...

Обновлен заголовок вопроса и детали, так как теперь моя проблема в том, что я даже не могу установить flask-mysqldb. ранее я получал только ошибку импорта для этого пакета.

Пожалуйста, предложите какое-нибудь решение ... прошло три дня ... даже переустановил Ubuntu, но все еще не получил решения.
