Сначала установите (GNOME) Tweaks, запустив
sudo apt install gnome-tweak-tool
Затем запустите (GNOME) Tweaks и перейдите в раздел «Рабочие пространства». Выберите «Статические рабочие пространства» вместо «Динамические рабочие пространства» и установите для «Число рабочих пространств» значение 4.
