Я вижу только один ЦП из 8, я предполагаю для наблюдения. Это может работать правильно над этой машиной, когда я переместил эту машину от Debian до Ubuntu, и на Debian я видел эти 8 центральных процессоров в тех же самых аппаратных средствах. Единственная разница - то, что затем ОС была на жестком диске ZFS (который не является прекрасной идеей, но служил мне хорошо...), и теперь ОС находится на новом SSD.

Что я уже попробовал:

  1. Включая nr_cpus=8 в GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT
  2. Проверка, что ACPI включен в BIOS, а также любой другой возможности, связанной с BIOS.

Я могу также совместно использовать другие журналы (например, /var/log/kern.log) в случае необходимости.

Любая справка будет цениться для возвращения моих 7 недостающих центральных процессоров.

Как ни странно, вышеуказанное поведение происходит только при загрузке из UEFI. При использовании режима Legacy доступны все процессоры.

Жаль, что процедура установки Ubuntu не предоставляет возможность установить grub2 в устаревшем режиме - это избавило бы от многих трудностей при решении таких проблем. Тем не менее, есть много документов о том, как это сделать. Например, https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEFI#Converting_Ubuntu_into_Legacy_mode является отличным.

Упомянутый на https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-7849822.html? sid=5d0d8389156f1ce476f2c3d7ebdbdb39, BIOS испытывает затруднения *.efi файлы если в корне раздела EFI.

Кроме того, когда Вы выбираете "параметр загрузки" в BIOS, даже при том, что Вы указываете изображение EFI, которое он, по-видимому, не загружает как UEFI, следовательно недостающие ядра.
