TL; DR: выключить, отключить питание, выпить кофе и перезагрузиться.

07:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless 7260 (rev 6b)
для совместимости с Hackintosh, но на самом деле полностью переключился на Debian.
У меня была точно та же проблема. Затем я сделал обновление ядра, и старое ядро копают начальную загрузку и на... всем. все не работали.
Но ответ pascalwhoop является совершенно рабочим.
Просто выключите
sudo shutdown -h now
и отключите весь кабель как питание, HDMI Монитора, USB, UTP Cat5.e все. И Разъем это и начальная загрузка Ваша система.
И это работает теперь фантастически.
