XPS 13 9360 DE Проблемы с подключением Bluetooth и отсутствующий модуль

После запуска Bluetooth и пытаясь подключиться к BT-мыши (проверено с помощью MS Arc Touch и Logtech UltraThin), я получаю сообщение об ошибке, а затем адаптер Bluetooth отсутствует. Нет возможности перезапустить этот адаптер в работающей системе. Мне нужно выключить и снова загрузить систему. При перезагрузке адаптер снова не появится. После загрузки адаптер снова работает.
Я выяснил, что мои шансы получить рабочее соединение во время сеанса увеличиваются, если я пытаюсь подключиться через несколько секунд / минут после загрузки, а не сразу после завершения загрузки. Но если я перезагружаю системы с рабочим соединением во время текущего сеанса, соединение теряется, и адаптер снова исчезает.
Мой Wi-Fi все время работает идеально, так что, думаю, никаких аппаратных ошибок нет. Может проблема в прошивке или драйвере.

Первая попытка подключить BT-Mouse не сработала, но после сопряжения и выключения и повторного включения BT мышь работала как шарм. Еще одна попытка включить и выключить не привела к худшему впечатлению. БТ работает.
НО, из коробки не работал Wi-Fi. Возможно, я прав в своем предположении, что эта ошибка связана не с оборудованием, а с некоторыми проблемами с драйверами.

Согласно сообщению martinec я получил ответ. Если Вы используете XPS 13 9360 с Ubuntu 16.04, предварительно установил Вас, только должны добавить файл /etc/modprobe.d/ath10k.conf :
sudo su
echo "options ath10k_core skip_otp=y" > /etc/modprobe.d/ath10k.conf
Теперь хорошие работы Bluetooth, и я не получил проблемы со своим MX Нигде 2 и своей BT Teufel Bamster.
Это может или не может не встроенному-микропрограммному-обеспечению-5.0.bin, и плата-2.bin может быть найдена в:
/lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw2.1
