Как я удаляю поврежденные пакеты, кто предотвращает новые установки?

Для меня определяют задачу для установки Конфиденциальности, Сохраняющей Шибболет управления Идентификационными данными на нашем Сервере Ubuntu. Для завершения установки, я должен был произвести чистку старой стандартной установки Пакета Поставщика услуг (libapache2-mod-shib2) и установить новый, обеспеченный Инфраструктурой Аутентификации и авторизации "ПЕРЕКЛЮЧАТЕЛЯ" (https://www.switch.ch/aai/guides/sp/installation/? os=ubuntu).

Если я пытаюсь установить новый пакет, я получаю следующую ошибку:

Мое предположение - то, что способный packetmanager повреждается, потому что пакет "shibboleth-sp2-utils", кажется, все еще установлен, но наклон быть удаленным или обновленным для разрешения dependencie ошибки:
