Ubuntu испытывает затруднения при нахождении универсальных заголовков Linux для 4.10.0-28. Что я могу сделать для разрешения этого?

Текущая версия ядра для Вашей системы 4.10.0-28, который был поставлен с 17.04 Пикантными, в то время как 18.04 Бионических поставляются с 4.15.xxx... Это - причина, почему Вы получаете эту ошибку. Попытайтесь установить более новое ядро такой как 4-15.0-43 (на данный момент, это - текущее ядро в моей основной установке). В первую очередь, определите, какое ядро Вы устанавливаете из репозитория. Для этого выполнения:
sudo apt update
apt-cache search linux-headers
И установка, что использование:
sudo apt install linux-headers-4-15.0-43
Можно заменить 4-15.0-43 любой доступной версией.
Для знания, который имеет версия Ubuntu который версии ядра см. ответ @Rinzwind в Списке Версий Ubuntu с Соответствующей Версией Ядра Linux
Лучшим путем была бы установка и стандартное изображение ядра, его заголовки и все необходимые инструменты с:
sudo apt install linux-image-generic linux-headers-generic linux-tools-generic
затем перезагрузка и использует их.
Такой метод установит все необходимые зависимости и сделает Вашу систему более безопасной при помощи поддерживаемой версии ядра.
