Я столкнулся с этой той же проблемой и записал сценарий для удаления пакетов установки ROS. Я должен был выполнить его многократно как это, пока не было никакого вывода.

Вот сценарий

Выполните его многократно, пока нет никакого вывода с (сценарий называют fixros.py:

sudo apt-get autoremove | fixros.py

sudo dpkg -r --force-all python-rospkg

После этого sudo apt --fix-broken install Если вы хотите переустановить ros, запустите sudo apt-get remove ros-*, чтобы удалить ros. Затем установите ROS из https://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Installation

Просто сделай :

sudo dpkg -P --force-all PACKAGETOREMOVE
sudo apt --fix-broken install
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoremove
