В моем Ubuntu 19.04 система автоматически переходит в режим только для чтения. Я исправил это с помощью
fsck / dev / sda7 -y
Но это не исправлено навсегда, через некоторое время оно снова переходит в режим только для чтения.

Давайте сделаем двойной подход к разрешению Вашей проблемы...
Memtest
Перейдите к https://www.memtest86.com/и загрузите/выполните их свободный memtest для тестирования памяти. Заставьте по крайней мере одну полную передачу всех тестов 4/4 подтверждать хорошую память. Это займет много часов для завершения.
Сбойный блок жесткий диск
Примечание: Если Ваш жесткий диск перестал работать, выполнение этой процедуры без любых резервных копий не рекомендуется. Даже поддержка до карты флэш-памяти с интерфейсом USB лучше чем ничего.

sudo e2fsck -fcky /dev/sda7 # тест только для чтения
или
sudo e2fsck -fccky /dev/sda7 # неразрушающий тест чтения-записи (рекомендован)
-k важен, потому что он сохраняет предыдущую таблицу дефектных блоков и добавляет любые новые сбойные блоки к той таблице. Без-k Вы освобождаете всю предшествующую информацию о сбойном блоке.
-fccky параметр...
-f Force checking even if the file system seems clean.
-c This option causes e2fsck to use badblocks(8) program to do a
read-only scan of the device in order to find any bad blocks.
If any bad blocks are found, they are added to the bad block
inode to prevent them from being allocated to a file or direc‐
tory. If this option is specified twice, then the bad block
scan will be done using a non-destructive read-write test.
-k When combined with the -c option, any existing bad blocks in the
bad blocks list are preserved, and any new bad blocks found by
running badblocks(8) will be added to the existing bad blocks
list.
-y Assume an answer of `yes' to all questions; allows e2fsck to be
used non-interactively. This option may not be specified at the
same time as the -n or -p options.
