В вашем файле sources.list отсутствуют bionic-security и bionic-updates (этот отсутствующий пакет предоставлен bionic- обновления).
Выполните следующие команды, чтобы решить эту проблему.
Сначала сделайте резервную копию файла sources.list:
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sourceslistbackup
Теперь добавьте недостающие строки:
echo 'deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic-updates main restricted universe multiverse' | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list
echo 'deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu bionic-security main restricted universe multiverse' | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list
Наконец, обновите и завершите обновления:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall linux-hwe-5.4-headers-5.4.0-51
sudo apt -f install
sudo apt dist-upgrade
