Обновление с 16.04 до 18.04 сломало systemd

После обновления с 16.04 до 18.04 в самом конце появилось следующее сообщение:

нажал [ENTER]

Теперь, когда я делаю apt update / apt upgrade, я получаю следующее сообщение:

Ищу в : https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/libs/ Он показывает следующее для libsystemd0 для 18.04 в любом случае. Поэтому я не уверен, почему система считает, что зависимость должна быть 229-4ubuntu21.31.
