восстановить мою систему

я столкнулся с проблемой, так как я выполнил команды в ссылке для обновления с ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS до 20.04. К сожалению, обновить не удалось. Кроме того, выполнение этих команд нарушило выполнение других вещей, таких как apt-get update и многих других команд. Например, выполняя sudo apt-get update, я получаю следующую ошибку:

Могу ли я каким-то образом восстановить предыдущее состояние моей системы перед запуском этих команд, чтобы моя система работала как раньше?
