Проблемы с apt-get и dpkg, связанные с безопасной загрузкой

Недавно у меня были проблемы с Ubuntu. Всякий раз, когда я пытаюсь sudo apt получить что-то (в данном случае python 3), я получаю сообщение об ошибке: dpkg был прерван, вы должны вручную запустить «sudo dpkg --configure -a», чтобы исправить проблема
