не могу открыть меню grub

Я использую Ubuntu 20.04 на ryzen 5500U и встроенном графическом процессоре.

Я не могу открыть меню grub, хотя уже нажал кнопку Shift / Esc при загрузке. Я хочу понизить версию своего ядра, так как я не могу войти в систему после приостановки, он показывает не отвечающий черный экран .
