Ошибка 403 при обновлении sudo apt-get

В течение нескольких месяцев я не мог понять, почему я не мог обновиться, поэтому я просто оставил его в покое.

Однажды, когда я устанавливал рабочий стол Ubuntu на свой компьютер с Windows, я столкнулся с той же проблемой. И мой компьютер с Linux и Windows подключены к Интернету через кабель Ethernet. Поэтому тот факт, что я получил ту же ошибку на другом компьютере, заставил меня подумать, что это проблема IP. Поэтому я переключил свое соединение (в моих окнах) с Ethernet на Wi-Fi, и это сработало.

К сожалению, в моем Linux нет адаптера Wi-Fi. Мне тоже не дают установить.

Почему я могу обновить sudo apt-get при подключении через Wi-Fi, но не через Ethernet?
