Having problems while building or running в code using Codeblocks 13.12

У меня также была та же проблема. Это означает, что или компилятор GCC отсутствует в Вашей Ubuntu, или Вы не установили корректный путь для компилятора:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install g++
