Убедитесь, что проблема находится в sources.list, а не в автономном PPAs .list. Если вы хотите знать, в чем проблема, попробуйте обновить свои пакеты список на графическом инструменте (как Synaptic или Update Manager), а не на gnome-terminal. Он покажет вам, какой адрес неверен.
