Ошибка шины PCIe 1c.5

Я искал часы, пытаясь понять, почему все найденные мной решения не работают. Каждый раз, когда я пытаюсь запустить Linux Mint 18.3, сеанс не открывается, и я получил ошибку:

initctl: Unable to connect to Upstart : Failed to connect to socket /com/ubuntu/upstart : Connection refused

Итак, я запускаю сеанс терминала и пытаюсь измените файл / etc / defaut / grub с различными аргументами (nomsi, noaer, nommconf,off), найденными здесь. Как добавить параметр загрузки ядра? но это не работает, и я не могу найти другое решение.
