SCP для копирования файла от Linux до окон приводит к сбою с Разрешением Отклоненную ошибку

Я использую scp управляйте для копирования файла от Linux до Windows. Это перестало работать с упомянутым журналом.

Steps выполнил:

• Установленный openssh в окнах
• скопированный id_rsa.pub ключ к полю Linux под .ssh/authorized_keys
• Полномочия файла весь набор к полному контролю

• sshd_config файл имеет эти настройки:

  RSAAuthentication yes
  PubkeyAuthentication yes
  password authentication yes
  

Команда использовала:

scp -v /app/lib/jenkins/jobs/ChromeDriver-Version-Upgrade/jobs/ChromeDriver-Version-Upgrade/workspace/chromedriver_win32.zip/ User@10.1.X.XXX:/C:/
