Не удается установить vim с помощью apt-get

sudo apt-get install vim

Я пробовал sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade, но без эффекта, та же проблема.

Я только что установил Ubuntu. vim работает, но A B C D печатаются при нажатии клавиш со стрелками.
