Обновление: Не удалось заблокировать/var/cache/apt/archives/lock

Я выполняю обновление (12.10 к 13,04) через терминал, и это продолжает застревать в этом:

Что я делаю? У меня есть корневой доступ. Я понятия не имею, что еще попробовать кроме чистой установки.
