Попробуйте сделать полный сброс.
Где-то на роутере есть небольшое отверстие.
Нажмите его ручкой и т. Д. В течение 30 секунд (при включенном питании).
Затем войдите в маршрутизатор (192.168.0.1) и проверьте / отрегулируйте настройки по своему усмотрению.
