Веб-камера не работает на Ubuntu 18.10

Недавно я купил самую дешевую инфракрасную веб-камеру, которую я мог найти в Интернете. Он отлично работает на моей машине с Windows, но я не могу заставить его работать на моей Ubuntu 18.10. Не могли бы вы помочь?
