Проблема с пакетом обновлений Ubuntu | libpq5_10.9-0ubuntu0.18.04.1_amd64.deb не найден

Попытка обновить пакеты с помощью команды:

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Но там написано url not found . Я также попытался проверить URL, и это 404 не найден.
