Пакет rpcbind доступен в репозитории main .
Вы должны включить репозиторий в ваших sources.list с помощью команды:
sudo apt edit-sources
Пример sources.list ( см. Man-страницу для более подробной информации ):
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial main restricted
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-security main restricted
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-updates main restricted
Сохраните и выполните следующие команды:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install rpcbind
