Ошибка Whoopsie не может быть удалена

Помогите. Я не могу удалить whoopsie или переустановить его, я не могу удалить его или что-нибудь помочь. Я перепробовал все и не могу найти файлы блокировки. Это экран, который я получаю, когда пытаюсь удалить его, переустановить или обновить.
