Установка Google Планета Земля в 64-битной системе
ОК. Решил проблему с lib-core, теперь я получаю эту ошибку.

когда я пытаюсь установить ia32-libs, Ubuntu сообщает, что он был заменен другими пакетами. советы ??

Просто установите 32-битную версию. Куча 64-битных версий не мультиархивных пакетов. Лучше всего установить 32-битную версию:
wget http://dl.google.com/dl/earth/client/current/google-earth-stable_current_i386.deb
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gdebi-core
sudo gdebi google-earth-stable_current_i386.deb
