Проблема с файлом linux-image-5.0.0-13-generic во время установки

Прости меня, потому что я очень взволнован, хотя и совершенно новый пользователь Linux. У меня начались проблемы с установкой пару дней назад. Я также не могу делать какие-либо резервные копии. Все ошибки, которые я получаю, связаны с linux-image-5.0.0-13-generic. Я в настоящее время на linux-image-5.0.0-21-generic.
