apt-get 403 Запрещено

Сегодня я начал новую работу, и я пытаюсь настроить свою машину для запуска через свой сервер Windows.

Теперь мне удалось получить интернет-соединение через сервер, но теперь я не может запустить apt-get update, поскольку я получаю ошибку «403 Forbidden».

Это для каждого репо в моем исходном списке, кроме переводов (?).

иметь прокси в apt.conf, если у меня его нет, я получаю ошибку отказа 407.

Я могу сортировать это, изменив все http в sources.list на ftp, но у меня все еще есть проблемы с ppas [ ! d6]
