XRDP отключается через несколько минут (Ubuntu 19.04)

В Ubuntu 19.04 я установил xrdp с помощью диспетчера сеансов xfce4 и могу войти в систему с компьютера с Windows 10 Pro в корпоративной сети (используя Fortinet VPN). К сожалению, хотя я могу войти и выполнить работу, через несколько минут соединение обрывается, и появляется сообщение Windows «Произошла внутренняя ошибка». Я безуспешно перепробовал все, что мог найти в Интернете.

Машина, на которой я работаю, это 172.17.110.140.
