Проблемы с интернетом в Ubuntu 13.10 - также с 12.04 LTS

Только что установил 13.10 в новой сборке, и у меня возникло несколько проблем. Основной из них с интернетом. Моя материнская плата имеет встроенный сетевой адаптер realtek, и, хотя она подключается, она не получает IP-адрес и не может пропинговать маршрутизатор.

Во-вторых, мой адаптер Wi-Fi (TP-link WDN4800) может видеть беспроводные сети, и при подключении запрашивает пароль, он фактически никогда не подключается.

Я могу подключиться к маршрутизатору как по проводной, так и по беспроводной сети с других машин в моем доме, и я попытался вручную назначить IP-адреса в случае, если это было проблемой. Я также попробовал исправление, предложенное здесь: http://www.linux-hardware-guide.com/ca/2012-11-01-tp-link-tl-wdn4800-wireless-n-dual-band- pcie-450mbps без удачи.

В настоящее время я подключен к WIFI через мой iPhone (USB).
