Ошибка при загрузке, & ldquo; Broken pipe & rdquo;

Когда я перезагружаю свой компьютер, появился черный экран со следующим сообщением:

could not write bytes: Broken pipe

Это третий раз, когда я переформатировал свой компьютер и переустановил Xubuntu для той же ошибки.
