Нужен файл sudoers для Ubuntu 15.04

Чтобы Изучить, как решить эту проблему просто, загружают от Ubuntu живой диск и копируют /etc/sudoers файл в установленный раздел Ubuntu /etc каталог

Так или иначе, это - по умолчанию:
