Ubuntu 14.04 не может выключиться

Я недавно переустановил Ubuntu 14.04 и больше не могу выключить компьютер, ни через верхнюю панель, ни через командную строку.

Я пробовал многие решения, предлагаемые онлайн, например, обновляя в /etc/default/grub следующую строку

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

, которую я пробовал с quiet splash acpi=force, quiet splash acpi=off, quiet splash reboot=bios и даже с GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="".

У меня не установлено cairo-dock на моем компьютере, я не использую проприетарный драйвер, а драйвер Xorg nouveau.

Единственное решение выйти из компьютера - нажать кнопку питания.
