Эта ошибка состоит в том, потому что Ubuntu имеет старые или устаревшие компиляторы и несколько пакетов +, зависимости отсутствуют. Обновление Ваш список пакета сначала,
sudo apt-get update
затем,
sudo apt-get upgrade
Это обновит до более новых версий всех доступных пакетов. Затем,
sudo apt-get install build-essential
Это устанавливает новейшие доступные компиляторы.
Затем, следующие пакеты , потребовал выполнять opencv.

После пакетов дополнительные , но можно установить их также.
