Эта ошибка состоит в том, потому что Ubuntu имеет старые или устаревшие компиляторы и несколько пакетов +, зависимости отсутствуют. Обновление Ваш список пакета сначала,

sudo apt-get update

затем,

sudo apt-get upgrade

Это обновит до более новых версий всех доступных пакетов. Затем,

sudo apt-get install build-essential

Это устанавливает новейшие доступные компиляторы.

Затем, следующие пакеты , потребовал выполнять opencv.

sudo apt-get install cmake git libgtk2.0-dev pkg-config \
libavcodec-dev libavformat-dev libswscale-dev

После пакетов дополнительные , но можно установить их также.

sudo apt-get install python-dev python-numpy libtbb2 libtbb-dev libjpeg-dev \
libpng-dev libtiff-dev libjasper-dev libdc1394-22-dev

Загрузка исходная zip OpenCV. Разархивируйте к папке, говорят OCV_source Теперь, терминал использования для вхождения в эту папку,

cd /path/to/OCV_source

Здесь делают папку build и затем входят в него.

mkdir build && cd build

затем выполненный,

cmake -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release/Debug -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local ..

Здесь папка установки /usr/local

cmake, должен начать компилировать, и наконец она должна генерировать все make-файлы.

После этого необходимо работать,

make -jn

, где n количество ядер процессора, Вы хотите использовать для компиляции. Для использования одноядерного просто работает make

Для дополнительных модулей, которые необходимо включать дополнительные параметры при выполнении cmake. Проверьте openCV установку учебная страница для получения дополнительной информации.
