Я не могу запустить форму обновления с 13.10 до 14.04 [дубликат]

Сначала я запустил sudo apt-get update , затем попробовал следующее команды, и все они завершились неудачно

sudo do-release-upgrade
sudo do-release-upgrade -d
sudo do-release-upgrade -p

Каждая из предыдущих команд выводила одно и то же сообщение:

Я попробовал sudo apt-get upgrade ... ничего

Я попытался запустить update- менеджер из тире несколько раз ... ничего
