Вам не хватает импорта QtGui.

Большая часть NameError: name 'foo' is not defined связана с отсутствующим импортом, когда ожидается, что foo будет библиотекой.

В вашем случае добавьте это:

from PyQt4 import QtGui

Я не знаю, есть ли у кого-то все еще проблемы с кодом pyipchanger.py. Я - игрок Большеберцовой кости и begginer программист. Я надеюсь, что кто-то еще может найти это полезным.

я прокомментировал попытку и кроме логики, которая обрабатывает Фонон в строках 18-26. Это - то, как это должно быть похожим:

Это модификации отключает выполнение Фонона и связанного материала. Я не знаю, как Фонон должен действительно работы все же.
