Как для обновления сервера Ubuntu с 10.04 до 12.04 [дубликат]

Мне нужно обновить сервер Ubuntu с 10.04 до 12.04.

10.04 больше не поддерживается. Итак, что мне нужно сделать для чистого обновления?

Я выполнил следующие шаги:

sudo sed -i -re 's/([a-z]{2}\.)?archive.ubuntu.com|security.ubuntu.com/old-r‌​eleases.ubuntu.com/g‌​' /etc/apt/sources.list 
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade 
sudo apt-get update 
sudo do-release-upgrade

Через некоторое время обновление прерывается: ... Восстановление исходного состояния системы
