“apache2.service не активен, не может перезагрузить”

При выполнении sudo service apache2 reload, Я получаю ошибку:

apache2.service is not active, cannot reload

Вывод sudo service apache2 status

Я пытался включить сертификат SSL. Namecheap предоставила мне файл, и я использовал ее на.. файл cf.crt. После наблюдения этой ошибки я пытался проверить с помощью метода DCV. Но Тем не менее я получаю эту ошибку. sudo service apache2 restart не дает вывода.
