TypeError: объект 'NoneType' не повторяем

Я пытаюсь установить панель инструментов для анализа изображений МРТ спинного мозга. зависимости от установки: python 2.7, FSL и мерзавец. Я установил их. Я запускаю установщик:

./installer.py

Проблема, кажется, что установщик Python пытается проверить свои изменения в .bashrc/.bash_profile файлы путем порождения оболочки и определения источника их. Чтобы сделать это, это использует Python subprocess.Popen с shell=True, какие значения по умолчанию к использованию /bin/sh. В системах Ubuntu, /bin/sh dash оболочка, а не bash оболочка (см. DashAsBinSh), который не поддерживает большую часть синтаксиса в .bashrc файл.

Я могу думать о нескольких мерах:

  1. Откройтесь installer.py файл в текстовом редакторе и говорит runProcess функционируйте для использования bash путем изменения

    Можно вернуться он, когда Вы, покончили

    sudo ln -sf dash /bin/sh
