Это должно быть очень ясно.
В /etc/host.conf строка 3 у Вас есть строка с недопустимым содержанием. Вы propably отредактировали файл в какой-то момент вовремя. Вернитесь редактирование, в конечном счете путем маркировки строки как комментарий путем вставки a # как первый символ в строке 3.
После установки 17,10 это имеет следующее содержание в /etc/host.conf:
# The "order" line is only used by old versions of the C library.
order hosts,bind
multi on
Можно вернуться конфигурация этому.
Затем Вам определили партию строк оба в /etc/apt/sources.listи в файлах в /etc/apt/sources.list.d/official-package-repositories.list. Удалите строки в одном из файлов.. и только в одном из них. Или выясните wht, которым должен быть правильный синтаксис.
/etc/apt/sources.listи файлы в /etc/apt/sources.list.d настраивает, от каких репозиториев установки Ubuntu и обновляют пакеты.
