Склонное выполнение - добирается, обновление дает весь “Ign” на WSL

Я пытался работать sudo apt-get update этим утром на Ubuntu 16.04, работающей на WSL, и это просто продолжает пробовать каждый сервер много раз, мучая Ign ответы. Какого черта продолжается здесь?

Windows 10 - 1809
WSL - Ubuntu 16.04:

Не уверенный это - проблема WSL, но полагало, что не повреждает упоминать это.
