Как я удаляю или сбрасываю все xrdp настройки для пользователя

Я выполняю xrdp на своем компьютере Ubuntu 18.04. Я получил 3 пользователей. Два работает хорошо. Они могут соединиться из Windows 10 rdp без любой проблемы. Но последний действительно перестал работать с "Проблемой соединения, бросая" сообщение. И случается так, что пользователь я использую меня.

Я имею, проводят много времени, исследуя и смотря на файлы журнала без любой удачи. Я действительно удалял и устанавливал xrdp снова - никакое изменение.

Я, возможно, сделал что-то для повреждения настроек для этого пользователя. Это действительно работало в течение некоторого времени. Если я только мог бы так или иначе сбросить пользователя.

Пользователь не зарегистрирован локально. Я использую рабочий стол гнома. От inxi для одного из функционирующих пользователей я получил эту информацию:

Я сравнил пользователя OK с неправильно функционирующим пользователем путем рассмотрения /var/log/xrdp.log. Для пользователя OK журнал продолжается после:

 [DEBUG] xrdp_wm_log_msg: started connecting

в то время как другой просто получает набор:

 [DEBUG] Closed socket 17 (AF_UNIX)

и через некоторое время эти строки появляются:

 xrdp_wm_log_msg: connection problem, giving up
 xrdp_wm_log_msg: some problem
