Как настроить экран плазмы 50 дюймов Panasonic с xorg.conf

У меня есть Ubuntu (16.04 LTS) установленный на Гигабайте Brix (GB-BACE-3150). Это подключено к 50-дюймовому Panasonic Plasma TV (TH-50PX600A) с помощью HDMI. Изображение на экране больше затем экран на всех сторонах, отключая края. Информация о системе для экрана сообщает об этом как о 65-дюймовом ТВ Panasonic вместо 50 дюймов. Я отмечаю, что EDID для ТВ не указывает размер дисплея. Это поэтому, кажется, принимает значение по умолчанию к 65 дюймам.

Я думал, что, если бы я указал размер требуемого дисплея через xorg.conf файл, дисплей был бы уменьшен для установки экрану, но дело обстоит не так, изображение на дисплее еще больше, чем экран.

ТВ не имеет корректировки соотношения сторон, которая позволяет изображению быть уменьшенным для установки.
