Как @mikewhatever сказал, "pia" пакет, который Вы пытаетесь удалить, никогда не является Вашим Частным Приложением доступа в интернет; они оба отличаются.
Удаление частного доступа в Интернет:
Так как PIA был установлен от двоичных файлов, все, что необходимо сделать, удаляют файлы.
Удалите конфигурацию PIA: rm -rf ~/.config/PrivateInternetAccess
Удалите APPIcon: rm ~/.local/share/applications/pia_manager.desktop
Удалите двоичные файлы: sudo rm -rf /opt/pia, rm -rf ~/.pia_manager
Удалите каталог, который запускается с .pia_* из Вашего корневого каталога это хорошо, если это не там.
Удаление пакета как это может всегда предсказываться от того, как Вы устанавливали его сначала и да как всегда Google сначала.
