Как откатывать ffmpeg версию к требуемой версии? Откат необходим в этом сценарии?

Это - человечность 16.04, работающая armhf плата.

Я использую ffmpeg для записи видео от веб-камеры. Вид процесса работ лучше всего в версии ffmpeg. Я хочу устанавливать/откатывать на конкретной версии.

Эти два XU4s были клонами, мы так или иначе справились к измененному, который делает/создает версия к более новой через некоторых. У нас нет информации о том, как мы закончили с другой версией. Как мы откатываем или изменяемся на предпочтительную версию. Причина откатывать состоит в том, что выполнение видеозаписи с помощью ffmpeg лучше в предыдущей версии.
